About Our Company:
We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Dover, New Hampshire, with 30 years of experience specializing in the design, development, manufacture, and sales of diagnostic and rehabilitative medical devices.
Supervision Received:
- Individual will report to the Technical Support Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technician
- Troubleshoot and repair products returned from the field
- Perform test and calibration for new product, including utilization of software programmer
- Troubleshoot and perform production repairs
- Assist Engineering in product development and modification
- Assist in development of test/inspection procedures
- Collect and analyze quality data
Customer Service
- Field incoming phone calls and troubleshoot hardware/software problems over the phone
- Provide telephone training to product users
- Office support: When required, answer phones and take orders
- Sales support: May require very minimum amount of travel
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a Veteran of the U.S. Military Services
- Must have military electronics training and experience
- Must have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be an outstanding team member
- Must be able to multi-task
Other Helpful Qualifications:
- Experience working with Medical Devices, Quality Systems (FDA, ISO, etc.)
- Team Viewer experience
- Experience working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Production/Inventory Control
- Experience working in a small business
