Our products come with a one-year warranty that covers parts and labor costs.
Extended Warranty
The extended warranty serves as a continuation of the standard warranty service agreement and begins the day following its expiration. Extended warranty does not apply to all products. Computers, printers, and software are not covered under the extended warranty.
Accessories
Covered under warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase, excluding internal sensors.
Internal Sensors
Warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase, with an additional 90-day extended warranty subject to technical support approval. Customers must provide documentation that includes the part number and lot code or date stamp.
